Justin brings a vast range of knowledge to the team. He has immense experience in office administration, a passion for technology and a drive for finished results. Justin began his venture into Real Estate in 1998 working for a Law Office Eviction Company. He helped landlords with problematic tenants. Justin started as a clerk at the Eviction Company. He quickly outgrew that position and moved into a management role. With over ten years with the Eviction Company, he was responsible for assisting in revamping their technology. The changes he implemented helped them process over 500 evictions a month. It was also responsible for streamlining the recovery department’s efforts to improve landlords recoup money from tenants faster. He was further responsible for developing office strategies that decreased costs and decreased the time to complete the eviction process.
Justin’s professional experience also includes operating a thriving call center with 15 employees for over nine years. His expertise in systems and data management allowed his employees to remain highly productive, running all across the country. Justin’s passion for real estate and working with the community started when he worked full time in the Mortgage Loan industry as a loan processor. He eventually became an assistant to the Senior Loan Officer. There he gained valuable knowledge of the loan and home buying process. He also learned the value of having a strong team in place on both the buyer and seller side of real estate transactions. After his time learning the loan process he moved on to an opportunity that married his two previous positions in the industry. In the recent recession, Justin, along with a local attorney, started a company working with distressed homeowners. They helped modify homeowner’s loans and keep their homes. It is during the time in dealing with Homeowners that he found his passion for the Real Estate Industry. He has found joy in helping others achieve their dreams.
